This Privacy Policy describes how yukitaka13 (“we”, “our”, or “us”), the developer of the mobile application “Basketball Scoresheet” (the “App”), collects, uses, and shares information about users (“you” or “User”) of the App.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

a. Information You Provide

Scores, member rosters, team information, and other data you enter in the App (stored locally on your device; not transmitted to our servers).
Information you voluntarily provide when contacting us (name, email address, content of inquiry).

b. Information Collected Automatically

Advertising identifiers (IDFA on iOS, AAID on Android) and aggregated usage data, collected by third-party advertising networks (free version only).
Device type, operating system version, and crash logs, for diagnostic and quality improvement purposes.

Subscription status, receipt data, and transaction identifiers issued by Apple Inc. (App Store) or Google LLC (Google Play).
We do not collect, process, or store your credit card number, billing address, or any other payment information. All payment processing is handled directly by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected for the following purposes:

To provide and maintain the App and its features.
To verify subscription purchases and enable the “Restore Purchases” function.
To display advertisements in the free version.
To respond to your inquiries.
To improve the App and develop new features.
To comply with legal obligations.

The App offers the following monthly auto-renewing subscriptions:

Member Sheet Premium Plan (monthly)

4. Advertising

The free version of the App displays advertisements served by third-party advertising networks. These networks may use cookies and advertising identifiers (IDFA/AAID) to deliver interest-based ads. Such information is collected anonymously and is not used to personally identify you.

Users who purchase the Ad Removal Plan will not see advertisements within the App.

You may limit the use of advertising identifiers via your device settings:

iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking
Android: Settings > Google > Ads

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:

Service providers (e.g., Apple, Google, advertising networks) acting on our behalf.
Legal requirements: when required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
With your consent: where you have explicitly agreed to disclosure.

6. International Data Transfers

Our service is operated from Japan. If you access the App from outside Japan, your information may be transferred to, processed, and stored in Japan or in countries where our service providers (Apple, Google, advertising partners) operate. By using the App, you consent to such transfers.

For users in the EEA/UK, transfers outside the EEA/UK are made with appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) where required.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Subscription transaction records are retained for the period required by applicable tax and accounting laws.

8. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child without verifiable parental consent, we will take steps to delete such information.
