These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the mobile application “Basketball Scoresheet” (the “App”) provided by yukitaka13 (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EEA) to use the App. Minors must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms and the applicable App Store / Google Play license terms.
The App offers the following monthly auto-renewing subscriptions (collectively, the “Subscriptions”):

All payments are processed through Apple Inc. (App Store) or Google LLC (Google Play) in-app purchase systems. Available payment methods depend on those registered to your respective store account.
Subscriptions are generally non-refundable. Any refund requests must be made directly to Apple or Google under their respective refund policies:
For EEA/UK residents: Statutory withdrawal rights, where applicable, will be honored in accordance with local consumer protection laws.
We may change Subscription prices from time to time. Any price changes will be notified to you in accordance with platform requirements and will apply to renewals occurring after the change becomes effective.

All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in the App and its content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
We may, at our sole discretion and with or without prior notice, modify, suspend, or terminate the App or any of its features. We are not liable for any resulting damages. If we terminate the Subscriptions service, we will provide reasonable advance notice.
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months, except where prohibited by law (e.g., for cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct).
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
The App may use or link to third-party services (e.g., advertising networks, payment systems). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of such third parties.
We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified through the App or our website. Continued use of the App after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan having jurisdiction over the location of yukitaka13, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.
